In Wiradjuri the Milky Way is known as the great river or Wambuul (won-bul).  In this dreaming are four main animals and Biyami (Creator God). This piece is a picture of the night sky and Wambuul shinning brightly over our country. As I created this piece I imagined the beauty of camping along the banks of a river, telling our dreaming stories and singing our songs.
